Esposito’s Electric Earns Diamond-Level Safety Recognition

At Esposito’s Electric, safety isn’t just a policy.  It’s our standard.

We’re proud to share that we’ve earned Diamond Level Recognition, the highest designation in the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) STEP® Health and Safety Management System. The program evaluates contractors nationwide on safety leadership, training, and jobsite performance.

For us, it’s simple: safer jobsites mean better projects and a stronger team.

A big part of that culture comes from our Safety Director, Alfredo Mendoza, who works closely with our crews to keep safety front and center on every project.

As Alfredo puts it,  “Safety isn’t something you check off a list.  It’s something you live every day on the job. When our team looks out for each other, that’s when you know the culture is real.”

What This Means for Our Clients

According to ABC’s 2025 Health and Safety Performance Report, companies participating in the STEP program are 658% safer than the construction industry average, reducing incident rates by up to 85% compared to national Bureau of Labor Statistics data.

For our clients across Northern New Jersey, that translates to safer jobsites, fewer disruptions, and more efficient project completion.

Safety drives our daily operations with proactive hazard identification, ongoing training, and strong communication that protects our electricians, clients, and the communities we serve.

Serving Safety-First Electrical Work

Based in Denville, NJ, we are the premier provider of electrical services throughout northern New Jersey.  Recognition through the ABC STEP program reinforces our commitment to maintaining safer jobsites and delivering dependable electrical work. If you’re looking for a licensed electrical contractor that prioritizes safety and reliability, we’re happy to help.
